- Complete the Marriage License Application at the Local Registrar’s office.
- Do Not Sign Yet: Wait to sign the application until you’re at the Local Registrar’s office.
- Bring your photo ID, driver’s license, passport, military card.
- Bring a Proof of Social Security number
- Pay the $28 application fee.
- Submit Application and Wait 72-hour waiting period before the license is issued.
- Hire and schedule your ceremony with an Officiant
- Attend your ceremony with a witness
