- Gather your documents.
- Visit the Boone County Recorder of Deeds Office to finalize your application and obtain your marriage license.
- Pay the $51 marriage license fee.
- Schedule your Ceremony within 30 days of receiving your license.
- Hire an officiant
- Attend your ceremony
- Return the signed marriage license to the Boone County Recorder of Deeds Office within 15 days of the ceremony.
