3. Attend the Appointment with your partner Bring proof of age, identity, and payment method.
4. Get Your Marriage License. The license must be used for a ceremony in Georgia.
5. Schedule a ceremony with an officiant.
6. Return the Signed Marriage License within 30 days.
7. You’ll receive your marriage certificate by mail within 30 days.
